Advance Reservation Policy
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to confirm reservations. Early departures will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No refunds will be issued on unused portions. Checks being used to guarantee a reservation must be received within 7 days.
Balances are due upon check-in. No Shows
"No Shows" will be charged for the entire reserved stay. Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. Refunds will be issued only if the cancellation is received two weeks in advance of your arrival date, with the exception of special weekends, on which one-month notice is required. We will happily refund any deposit
if we are able to re-rent your room for the duration of your reservation. Arrival Time & Departure Time
You may check in after 3:00 P.M.. In order to have the accommodations ready on time
for our next guests, we need to have your room available to us no later than 11:00 A.M.
Children & Pets
The inn has no facilities for pets but your favorite children are welcome.
Extra Person In Room
For a third person in a room (on a cot) the charge is $25 per night
Smoking
Breakfast on the Connecticut is entirely smoke free. |
